Accessibility Statement

TurFresh wants every customer to be able to learn about our services, see a price, and book a cleaning on this website, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We treat accessibility as part of how the site is built, not an add on.

Our standard

We build turfresh.com to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508. Every page is checked against it with automated testing after each change, and the booking and quote tools are tested by keyboard and with screen readers.

What that means on this site

Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, including the menu, the Get My Price tool, the quote forms and the FAQ sections. A "Skip to main content" link appears as the first item when you press Tab.

Text and buttons meet the AA color contrast ratio, images carry text descriptions, form fields are labelled, and errors are announced. Headings and landmarks are structured so screen readers can move through a page by section.

Videos that play automatically are muted, have a pause control, and stay paused for visitors who have asked their device to reduce motion. Decorative animation also respects that setting.

The site works at 200 percent zoom and on phone screens without side scrolling, and text can be resized in your browser.

Third party content

Some features come from other companies, such as embedded maps, review widgets and the online store at shop.turfresh.com. We choose providers that support accessibility, but we cannot control their code. If one of them blocks you, contact us and we will complete the task for you another way.
