TurFresh, Inc. warrants that its Turf Technicians will perform all TurfClean services in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with standards generally accepted throughout the artificial grass industry. If any portion of the work is found to be substandard, TurFresh will correctly re-perform that portion of the service at no additional cost to the customer, provided the condition is reported within thirty (30) days of the original service date.
This warranty covers workmanship only. TurFresh’s obligation shall not exceed the original cost of the service performed; corrective re-performance is the customer’s exclusive remedy and TurFresh’s exclusive liability, and all other recovery is waived.

1How long is my TurFresh warranty?
Every TurFresh service carries a 30-day workmanship warranty, with three exceptions: TurFlush deep cleanings are covered for 45 days and carry the 45-Day Odor Guarantee, TurFix turf repair projects carry a 90-day labor warranty, and TurfSpray visits carry a 5-day application warranty.
2What does the workmanship warranty cover?

4Does the TurfCare Plan change my coverage?
TurfCare Plan visits are warranted for 30 days from each completed visit. Monthly plan members receive continuous coverage, because each monthly visit renews the warranty period.
5What is the 45-Day Odor Guarantee?
It is the extended guarantee attached to every TurFlush deep cleaning: if the odor we treated returns within 45 days of your service, we come back and make it right at no additional cost.
