Our crew blows off leaves and surface debris, then applies the professional TurFresh BioX+ treatment across your enrolled turf. It is the same product and application our technicians use on full services, delivered on a steady cadence that keeps odor from ever getting a head start.
What it is not
TurfSpray is a treatment visit, not a deep cleaning. There is no extraction, no reblooming, no infill work, and no repairs on a TurfSpray stop. For that level of care, TurfClean and TurfClean Plus are the right services, and plan members book them at TurfCare member pricing.
How the route works
TurfSpray runs like a pool or pest control route: no appointment windows and no scheduling back and forth. Your yard joins our route at your chosen frequency, we arrange gate access once at signup, and you get a notification after each completed visit. Cancel anytime.
One thing we ask before you enroll: every TurfSpray Plan starts from a clean baseline, so an initial TurfClean or TurfClean Plus is required first, and starting your plan online takes 10% off that initial visit. Treatment maintains a clean yard beautifully; it cannot rescue a saturated one, and we would rather set honest expectations than sign you up for disappointment.

1Scope of each visit
Each TurfSpray visit consists of a blow-off of leaves and macro surface debris followed by professional application of TurFresh treatment product across the enrolled turf area, at an allocation of one (1) gallon of prepared product per 500 square feet of enrolled turf per visit. A TurfSpray visit includes no mechanical cleaning steps: no extraction, brushing or reblooming, infill service, stain treatment, or repair work. Services outside this scope are available separately and are never assumed.
2Initial cleaning requirement
Enrollment requires a completed TurFresh TurfClean or TurfClean Plus service within the 60 days before the first route visit, so the plan begins from a professionally cleaned baseline. TurfSpray maintains that baseline; it is not designed to correct pre-existing saturation, odor, drainage, or matting conditions, and no such correction is promised.
3Route service, not appointments
TurfSpray operates as route-based service, like pool or pest care. Visits occur at the enrolled frequency (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly) during normal service hours, without scheduled appointment windows. Access arrangements (gate codes, side-yard access, pets secured) are set at enrollment; if the crew cannot access the turf on a route day, the visit is marked missed and re-routed once, after which it is billed as completed.
4Warranty
Each visit carries a five (5) day application warranty: if the product was not applied to our application standard, TurFresh will re-apply at no cost when reported within five (5) days of the visit. The remedy is re-application. Because TurfSpray is a treatment and not a cleaning, the 30 and 45 day odor guarantees attached to our deep cleaning services do not apply to TurfSpray visits.
5Billing and cancellation
Plans are billed per completed visit at the enrolled tier: Monthly $199, Bi-Monthly $229, Quarterly $289, each covering up to 400 square feet, plus $0.50 per additional square foot at any tier. You may cancel at any time, effective before your next route visit, with no cancellation fee. Plan membership also unlocks TurfCare member pricing on TurfClean and TurfClean Plus services aligned to your plan frequency.
TurfSpray Plan Questions
1Is TurfSpray the same as a turf cleaning?
No, and we say so on purpose. TurfSpray keeps a clean yard treated and fresh between deep cleans. TurfClean and TurfClean Plus are the services that deep clean, extract, and restore. Most members pair a TurfSpray cadence with one or two deep cleans a year.
2Why is an initial deep cleaning required?
Treatment on top of built-up contamination wastes your money, and we will not take it. Starting from a professionally cleaned baseline is what lets a treatment cadence actually hold the yard fresh.
3Will I get an appointment time?
No, that is what keeps the price low. Your yard joins a route at your frequency, like pool or pest service. You get a completion notice after each visit, and access is arranged once at signup.
4Can I cancel or change frequency?
Anytime, no fee, effective before your next route visit. Upgrades and downgrades between monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly take effect the following visit.
5What does the 5-day warranty cover?
The application itself: if the product was not applied to standard, report it within 5 days and we re-apply free. Deep-cleaning odor guarantees are separate and apply to TurfClean, TurfClean Plus, and TurFlush services.
