What is the difference between TurfClean, TurfClean Plus, and TurFlush?+

Can't I just hose my turf down myself?+
Hosing helps rinse the surface, but it usually does not remove the urine, bacteria, hair, and odor trapped in the infill or below the turf backing. That is why odors often come back after DIY cleaning. TurFresh cleans below the surface, where odor-causing buildup actually collects.
Why does my turf still smell after I sprayed it?+
Most store-bought sprays only treat the surface. Pet urine settles deeper into the infill and base over time. TurFresh uses professional equipment and treatments to reach the odor at its source instead of covering it with fragrance.
Do I need new infill with my cleaning?+
Not always. Your technician checks the turf on site and recommends infill only if it is low, compacted, holding odor, or needs better cushioning and support. Infill is quoted separately unless your service package includes it.
How long does service take?+
Most residential TurFresh services take 1 to 2 hours depending on yard size. TurFlush services take 2 to 4 hours. We confirm timing before every appointment.
Do I need to be home?+
No. As long as we can access your yard, you do not need to be present. We text a reminder 48 hours before and leave a detailed service summary after.
What is the TurfCare Plan?+
Our scheduled professional maintenance plan with six frequencies. For yards up to 400 sq ft, TurfClean plan visits are 10% off your one-time size price at every frequency; larger yards are priced by exact footage. Every plan includes priority scheduling and our results guarantee, and adjusts as your needs change.
