1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the TurFresh website (the "Site"), requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or otherwise engaging TurFresh ("TurFresh," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services

TurFresh provides artificial turf cleaning, sanitizing, infill replacement, repair, and related services ("Services") at residential and commercial properties. Service availability, scope, and pricing vary by location and property characteristics and are confirmed at the time of booking. Quoted prices are estimates based on information you provide (such as square footage and property type) and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment.

3. Scheduling, Access, and Cancellations

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the service area at the scheduled appointment time, including securing pets and removing obstacles. TurFresh may reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or operational needs. Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made as far in advance as possible; TurFresh reserves the right to charge a reasonable trip or cancellation fee for late cancellations or inaccessible properties. Under the current fee schedule, a cancellation or reschedule made the day before the scheduled service carries an $85 fee, and a same-day cancellation, no-show, or inaccessible property carries a $125 fee. These fees are disclosed during online booking, may be collected by invoice or charge to a payment method on file, and may be updated prospectively.

Measurement Policy

Online pricing is based on the turf area you provide. Your technician measures the turf at the start of every service, and the first 5% of variance between your figure and the measured area is included at no charge. If the measured area exceeds your figure by more than 5%, we will show you the measurement and confirm the adjusted price with you before starting work.

Pets, Access, and Site Preparation

For everyone’s safety, please secure pets indoors or away from the work area, provide clear access to the turf (unlocked gates or an access code), and remove movable items such as furniture, toys, and waste from the turf before your appointment. Time spent clearing the area or waiting for access may reduce the service performed or require rescheduling under the Cancellation Policy.

Arrival Windows

Appointments are scheduled in 3-hour arrival windows (8–11 AM, 11 AM–2 PM, or 2–5 PM), confirmed the day before your service. The window is the technician’s arrival time; service duration varies with turf size and condition. If routing or weather forces a change, we will contact you as early as possible to reschedule at no charge.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements (such as a TurfCare Plan subscription) have been agreed in writing. Recurring plan subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in accordance with the plan's stated terms. You authorize TurFresh to charge your provided payment method for Services rendered, applicable taxes, and any agreed fees.

5. Service Guarantee

Where a satisfaction guarantee is offered for a specific package (as described on the relevant service page), TurFresh will return to address a covered issue within the stated guarantee window at no additional charge. Guarantees do not cover damage from misuse, third-party landscaping work, pre-existing turf defects, extreme weather events, or normal wear and fading over time.

6. Property Access and Photography

You grant TurFresh technicians permission to access the serviced area to perform the Services. TurFresh may take before-and-after photographs of the turf area for quality assurance, training, and marketing purposes. Photographs will not include identifiable images of you, your family, or your pets without your separate consent, and you may opt out of marketing use of your property photos at any time by contacting us.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TurFresh's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim. TurFresh is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use or diminished property value, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Website Use

The content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to TurFresh and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using automated means without permission.

9. Intellectual Property — Copyright and Trademarks

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, before-and-after images, videos, graphics, logos, page designs, and underlying code — is the property of TurFresh or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Copying, reproducing, republishing, scraping, framing, or distributing any Site content without our prior written permission is prohibited and may result in legal action, including claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

TurFresh, BioX, TurfClean, TurfClean Plus, TurFlush, TurfBloom, TurFix, TurfSpray, TurFill, TurFore, TurfCare, and TurfResQ, together with the TurFresh logo and associated product names and designs, are trademarks of TurFresh. Nothing on the Site grants any license or right to use any TurFresh trademark without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use of these marks — including in domain names, in advertising intended to mislead, or on competing products or services — is strictly prohibited.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may reference or link to third-party products, dealers, or services (including the TurFresh Dealer Program). TurFresh is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless a different jurisdiction's consumer protection law mandatorily applies to you. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, the parties agree to pursue resolution in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

TurFresh may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
